Delete account

Deleting a buyer account permanently removes sign-in access, the collection from your account, and any remaining simulated wallet balance. Simulated funds have no cash value. Completed order records are retained without your account ID.

Resolve open purchases, shipments, and disputes first. For seller accounts or questions about a balance, contact twintechdevelopers@twintechdevelopers.ai so we can review outstanding obligations before closure.
