FLIPPACKZ
SIMULATION / DEMONSTRATION DATA

Terms of Service

Updated November 6, 2026
These terms govern use of the FlipPackz beta, a trading card marketplace simulation. Review these terms before creating an account or using the beta.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the beta. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Seller features may require application review.

Simulated transactions

Pack purchases, balances, reserves, buybacks, payouts, postage payments, and settlement entries in the beta are simulated. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed. A reveal records a simulated result in your collection. Pack outcomes vary, and displayed odds and reference values can change as cards are allocated or replaced. Reference values are estimates, not guarantees of resale value.

Shipping, cancellations, and disputes

Shipping quotes and labels use test mode. Test labels are invalid for mailing. Do not tender a package using a beta label. No real money is collected in beta checkout, so there is no payment to refund to a card or bank account. Use the order dispute controls where available or contact support about incorrect simulated charges, order status, or other issues.

Seller obligations and content

Sellers must have permission to use the inventory data and images they submit and must accurately describe cards, quantities, condition, and pack contents. You retain ownership of content you submit and give FlipPackz permission to store, display, and process it as needed to operate your account, storefront, and listings. You are responsible for external links you publish.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not submit counterfeit or unlawful listings, impersonate others, manipulate odds or orders, misuse accounts or integrations, harass users, or bypass access controls. We may remove content or restrict access to address violations, security incidents, or abuse. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

Beta availability and legal rights

The beta may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit. We will post revised terms on this page and update the date above.
