Beta purchases and postage do not charge a payment card or bank account. Test labels cannot be used for mailing. Do not send physical cards or packages to request a beta return.

If your revealed card has a simulated buyback offer, you can accept it in your collection. Simulated buybacks credit your demo wallet. If there is a shipping or order issue, use the dispute option on the order where available. An approved refund may restore simulated funds to your demo wallet. For a paid bundle, simulated postage is refunded if every card in the bundle is refunded before shipment.

If you cannot resolve an issue in the app, email twintechdevelopers@twintechdevelopers.ai with the order reference and a description. Do not include passwords or payment card details. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
