FLIPPACKZ
SIMULATION / DEMONSTRATION DATA

Privacy Policy

Updated November 6, 2026
This policy describes how FlipPackz handles personal information when you browse the site or use the beta as a buyer or seller. The beta simulates transactions, but account information and any addresses you enter may be real.

Information we collect

We collect the email and account credentials you provide when you register or sign in. For sellers, we also collect store profile information, application responses, inventory records, and integration information when you connect a service. We record simulated wallet activity, pack purchases, card reveals, buybacks, shipping requests, reviews, and disputes. Shipping details can include a recipient or business name and a U.S. delivery or return address. Our hosting and authentication services may receive IP addresses, request metadata, and logs.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, manage inventory and listings, show orders and wallet activity, request test shipping rates and labels, respond to support requests, and investigate errors, fraud, abuse, and disputes. The beta does not collect payment card details for simulated checkout.

Who receives information

Render hosts the application and API. Supabase provides hosted authentication and database services. When you request a USPS test quote, the API sends the destination and seller ship-from details and parcel information to EasyPost in test mode. The seller can view the resulting test label, which may show the addresses. If you connect WhatLedger or use a CardTrader import, the selected integration exchanges the data needed to retrieve inventory. Storefront names, images, social links, and listing information can be public. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect the service and its users.

Sessions and choices

The web app uses browser storage to keep you signed in. The mobile app uses device secure storage for session credentials. You can sign out, clear browser storage, disconnect an optional integration, or update supported profile fields in the app. Clearing local storage does not delete server records.

Retention and privacy requests

Account and activity records may be retained to operate the beta, investigate disputes or abuse, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to exercise a privacy right available where you live, email the address below. We may verify your identity and retain information when permitted or required by law.

Children and updates

The beta is intended for adults. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review it. We will post updates to this policy on this page and revise the date above.
